➢ Long-Stay Occupants will need to pay 2 months’ rent as a security deposit.
➢ Maintenance charges: 1 month’s rent for 11 months stay; 15 days’ rent if vacated within 6 months.
➢ Wi-Fi charges shall be payable as per actuals.
➢ Four-wheeler parking shall be chargeable at ₹2,500/- per month.
➢ Electricity charges shall be payable based on actual consumption.
➢ Rechargeable RO units shall be installed in all long-stay units.
➢ Laundry Services for both Long & Short stays will be through a third-party vendor.
➢ Water Charges may be levied later based on usage. Water charges @ Rs: 300/- per person per month.
